Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RoyalCDKeys account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
